You will be given a one-time estimate for your first cleaning service with us.
Based on the condition of the home or office, if you were given a quote without inspection, please note that price is subject to change. Some properties require extra attention to provide a complete cleaning service. After that, you will have a flat rate available to you if you decide to receive regular scheduled cleanings.
Maintaining a certain level of cleanliness around the home is the purpose of a regular cleaning service, but just because it’s for maintenance doesn’t imply the essential tasks won’t get done.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We always try to be as flexible and understanding with everyone as possible. We request at least 24-hours notice before your scheduled service. The first same-day rescheduling will come at no cost, but continuous cancellations will incur a $30 fee. Last-minute rescheduling or cancellations often leave our housekeepers waiting in-between jobs, and the business must still compensate workers for this time. Thank you for your understanding!
If you request a certain housekeeper, we will do our best to make sure the same cleaner is available to service your home.
When you request a first-time cleaning service and if an estimate was given over the phone, please accurately describe the condition of the home. If a service takes longer than expected, it was because improper information was given and you will have to reschedule your service at the full rate. We have seasoned cleaners who are trained to provide high-quality service, so if we believe the time the customer wishes to pay for is insufficient to complete the task properly, we will have to book the cleaning service for another time.
At this moment, we do not organize/declutter cabinets, closets or drawers.
We only ask that walkways and rooms remain clear of clutter, as well as the kitchen sink. The kitchen sink is often used by the housekeepers and lots of scattered items throughout the home can start adding a delay to the schedule.
If our employees are unable to enter the property on your scheduled cleaning, this is result in 50% of the price of your service to be charged. This unfortunately has happened too many times, so costs will cover gas and lost travel time.
Customer satisfaction is our priority, but if an issue comes up in regards to your service, please let us know 24 hours from the day of the completed service. We will have a housekeeper come back for a free re-clean. If you are home and something is overlooked, please don’t hesitate to let her know. If a complaint is expressed after 24 hours of your original scheduled service, the free re-clean may not apply anymore.
